A1 has remodeled kitchens across southwest Houston since 2016. Most jobs start in the kitchen and grow from there: a wall comes down, the dining room joins in, the laundry moves. We plan for that from day one so the work happens once.
You deal with the same people the whole way through. The person who measures your kitchen is the person who shows up when the cabinets arrive.
What we do best
A full kitchen remodel changes the layout, not just the finishes. We move walls and plumbing where it pays off, run new electrical for the island, and build the cabinet plan around how you cook and where people stand. Finished with quartz or stone, a tiled wall, and lighting on separate circuits.

Primary baths, hall baths and powder rooms taken down to the studs and rebuilt. Curbless showers, freestanding tubs, double vanities and proper ventilation. We fix the things behind the wall first, so the tile goes on a bathroom that will last.

We meet at your home, measure, look at what is behind the walls and talk through what you want to change.
You get a layout, a finish list and a written price. We revise until it is right, before anything is ordered.
Cabinets, counters, tile and fixtures are confirmed and on their way before demolition. No empty weeks.
Our own carpenters run the job start to finish. You get a schedule, a daily update and one number to call.
We go through the finished room together and fix every item on the list before we call it done.

Most full kitchens take six to nine weeks on site once materials are in. Planning and ordering before that usually runs four to eight weeks, depending on cabinet lead times.
Yes, nearly all our clients do. We set up a temporary kitchen, seal off the work area and keep one bathroom running at all times.
We draw the layout and finish plan ourselves. For additions and second stories we bring in a structural engineer and coordinate the drawings for you.
We focus on full room remodels, additions and whole-home work. If you want a complete kitchen or bathroom, we are the right call. For a single cabinet or faucet, a handyman will serve you better.
After the first visit you get a written price for the agreed scope. Changes along the way are priced before they are done, so there are no surprises at the end.
